Isn't that just noise? It sounds like he's doing something.

The English would be "uutsu" but in this case I think you can just say "oww" or "ouch". It's different from "ita" I guess, but I'm guessing the meaning is the same. Or if it's just a friendly hit it could be "pffft" or "cough hack cough".

I'm sure the former translator just put "Uuuu..." when he got that line, and it sounds pretty funny, too )
