It is not finished, only 3 heroine's route are currently translated + a side character's route, the current beta testing is for a 4th Heroine (Wanko/Kazuko).

I mean Miyako is already in love with Yamato, it only takes like two or three choices to go to her route so I guess in that sense her route should be shorter.  But I don't think her route is short per se.  Oh well, we've been waiting long enough for full translation, a bit more won't kill us.  It's worth it anyways..
