Also note that she would probably be around Ageha's age (older version) probably why they didn't bother with making a character design just for a short cameo.

Not yet ive tried to get it the last 2 days but its too slow and i can only download at the libraries computer but i only have 1hr and 30mins at a time.

I think they only added Tsubame in the anime version just because Otome really is only a cameo.

Honestly, I doubt where you download it should matter much since I personally still had my normal download rate with the part 06 as I did with anything else. Might be coming from your library internet's end. Hope it help you anyway.

About that Tsubame-Otome thing, I don't remember reading Otome "Kurogane" anywhere in the VN here ? I remember Tsuyokiss being mentioned somewhere though.. Call for a throughout research !

From what I can make out with my logic and imagination though, I think it's just that Otome would've been made into "Tsubame" in Majikoi S. I havn't played through it so I don't really know though. sengoku7's cameo would make sense.

Anyway, personally I prefer this Tsubame over that Otome.

Lots of new characters, upgrade of some previously minor characters to major romance-able ones, new plot lines continuing the different outcomes from the original game (that's the gist I got from google translate)...
