And hmm, is Mayuchi some kind of side character ? Because her route felt so much shorter than Chris hers.

i think the translator said something along the lines of the main routes in were roughly the same length, chris route would seem longer because she had no afterstory and just a longer playthru

Or well, those 3-4 lines after the credits, I wouldnt count em as an epilogue =p even Chris had more there.

Can somebody tell me how resolve certain problem? During Yukie's route after she defeated Kosugi(beside base) appear information: "Visual C++,  runtime error,  abnormal program termination". How can I eliminate it?

There is still some time before anime will be released and given progress of translation it will be released before anime. Well at least I hope so because anime probably will be simillar to manga, meaning Momo's route.
