Description:
Itsuki is a university student. One day, his father suddenly dies and he takes over an orphanage his father once ran. There live various girls in difficult circumstances. The orphanage looks normal at first sight, but it is actually a brothel. He needs to train and make them sex slaves to pay off the debt his father left. His new life as their "father" and "trainer" now begins...

This is a simplified Princess Maker in a brothel. You aren't forced to turn them into sex slaves to pay your debt, but you'll have to work them harder on other jobs to compensate. That's also the only way to get the best endings of the three main girls. Other characters also have their own endings and/or sex scenes, including a trap, so you have been warned. And if you aren't careful, one of the girls can go completely yandere on you.

The translation project has been going on for almost 2 years, but it will still take them a long time before they have anything ready for release.

Not really, it's more a raising sim. You raise your adopted daughter during several years, until she turns 18. Depending on how you educated her and the choices that you made, there are several dozens of possible endings, including one where she marries the MC.
