Since you like Tsukihime so much, what order do you suggest playing through the routes in to get the best experience out of it?

I'm just about to start after I polish off Saya no Uta.

Arc -> Ciel -> Akiha -> Hisui -> Kohaku

You can't get into the Far Side of the Moon (Akiha, Hisui and Kohaku) without clearing the Near Side of the Moon (Arcueid and Ciel).

Are they even still at it ? I see like 3% progress in a month, which is funny seeing how they got 24 translators listed ~~

It's still better than the 0.1% of Hollow Ataraxia in the last month.

Well minori has partnered with NNL & MG sooo it isn't too far fetched to say type-moon may be licensed in the future. Until then seems we're getting quite a few nice VNs soon.

The Koihime voices thing has me wondering though if all these companies getting on board for English releases are gonna sell enough to persuade them it's worth actually continuing this, or if they'll just be like "well fuck we sold like 500 copies of this game and got our games pirated to shit in spite of all the buzz generated by us actually deigning to work with English-speaking companies/fan translators, TIME TO PULL OUT OF HERE".

Since you like Tsukihime so much, what order do you suggest playing through the routes in to get the best experience out of it?

Actually I played Ciel last, but the order posted up is Mirror-moon's recommended. Just make sure you save often so you don't have to go all the way back to the start for a different-same heroine ending. In terms of Far side, Kohaku should be played last, but Hisui and Akiha could be switched I guess. Order doesn't seriously matter. srsly.

I myself did it something like Arc -> Hisui -> Ciel -> Akiha -> Kohaku

I'd say it's probably best to do it in the mirror moon recommended order or something, or at the very least do Akiha's route before Hisui and Kohaku's since I think I "got" Hisui's route better after I got to know Akiha's character better.

Also Ciel owns, how could you leave her for last? D:
