Thanks for the complete patch Angelus, but after I tested it the patch seemed to only covered putina, ell & yukino route when I tried it in Ran route the text box become empty just like the incomplete patch from TLWiki, maybe you forgot to insert the script from the middle of Ran route

For those having problems with the Ran route (ie. blank text box) you need to remove the English patch, play past the point where you get the error and save.   Put the English patch back and resume.   I managed to complete Ran's route this way.

And to be a little more specific on the above problem, the game literally only stops on that one line, so you can take the patch out, load the save and click past that one line, then put it back in so as to avoid missing out on the story.

I have not gone through Ran-neechan's route... So i cant really try this or experienced this problem..

But if my memory serves... in this game.. the save function...

..
..... Even if you were to save at a 'specific' point... It does not revert back to that EXACT point of save.. when you loaded it up.. It goes back to 'the beginning of the chapter'.. or something right?

So how do you 'save + take out'.. since once you loaded it and go past the problem text.. it still goes back to the beginning of the chapter?

No idea about getting loaded saves to start at the point you saved at, but if you click continue it'll go back to the point of your last save instead of the start of the chapter, not too useful if you play several routes at once (yes I got that bored, and still haven't completed any routes in this game) back logs a bit large atm and there's more stuff coming soon and starcraft 2.

So for confirmation and for noob-friendly-ness...

Code Select Expand


1) Get to the 'problem point'... Save...

2) Exit game, temp. remove patch to different folder.

3) Start Game. Click on CONTINUE...

4) Click once, to move story... Save...

5) Exit game, restore patch.

6) Start Game. Click on CONTINUE...

7) Continue on as per normal...

Looks easy enough.. XDDDD

Not quite so easy. At least for me.
1. Get to problem. Save. (I recommend you review log, and try to "remember" where is the "problem")
2. Take out patch
3. When you continue (or load), you WILL get to "beginning of chapter". Which is actually quite far away(at least 40-50 lines).
4. Go past "problem" (I hope you remember from #1). Save.
5. Put back patch
6. Continue (or load). The load point happen to be the exact next line after "problem". Looks like the next line is "beginning of chapter".

I am not sure if it is coincidence, but for me, both of the problem spot happen to be "beginning of chapter" on the next line.

I have passed the point of the bug but the text is untranslated a bit after is it normal?

Can anyone tell me is Ran route is finished or not?
