There's no shame in finding Vladimir Putin attractive regardless of your gender or how moe he may be portrayed as being; the only thing wrong with Putina is attempting to fix what isn't broken. Who wouldn't like a man like Putin?

I wonder if they just chose Ezekiel out of a random passage out of the bible or something?  Although Ezekiel does mean strong or strength, so that does fit Ell pretty nicely.

If they did choose it out of the Bible it was probably because it sounds weird/exotic, or as a parody of anime/manga/whathaveyou that do that sort of stuff. Like Souma is dressed up like some sort of Catholic clergyman and yells JEEEEEESUS randomly but I don't think they meant anything by it. There might have been some symbolism in making his last name "Mengele" though, but that's just a hunch.
