Well it's defo the same characters, if the content is the same, who knows.
Plus it seems to come for the PSP, so well unless you write your own patcher and hack that format you probably wont be able to enter the translation into it.

I think PSP ver. is the same game as PC and PS2 ver.(PS2 release 11/20/08)

protagonist and side character have a voice!!!
and add 2 new heroine (of course no H scene)

I hope they patch protagonist and side character voice from PS2 to PC like Utawarerumono, Fate stay night

The fact that I visit Kureha One frequently, though not posting anything were being oblivious, I guess.
It also hurt when one of the Projects you host suddenly disappeared for months after they announced "there will be a patch sometime soon", you know.
Anyways, Force88 - who took care of Koitate PJ (suddenly) showed up yesterday, from him I can assume that:
+ Yukino's route overall progress has reached 87%
+ 6 more scenes to go 
+ He will released the patch through pm as the C&D letter is still around.

Private Message/Messaging. Since there is a C&D, the patch will be "leaked" and won't be hosted directly by anyone related with the translation project.
