ummmm i've download it all the 27s file. After i join it, i can't extract it. anyone can help me?

Make sure you are using 7-Zip and its latest version.

You don't have to join it either, just extract from any of the part as if they were all one - because they are.
Heck, I can't assure it'll stay uncorrupted if you do join all of them.

Full English Patch was released a few minutes ago, I'll add more information, and maybe download mirrors, to the OP some time tomorrow.

I've added links and such to the OP for now, so check that.

If you want any Kazuki you'll have to wait for the sequels to get translated.
