Yep, I`m pretty sure it was Makoto.  I`m curious about how polished it could be as well.  I`m willing to bet that there isn`t going to be much difference.  The translation was good back then and I don`t remember any real complaints from anyone other than the usual nitpicky crap.

I -would- eventualy like official Kikokugai though. That it used Saya's engine instead of the actual engine shirked me no end.
