I tried using the one FHTRANS_HF1150_1151 that i got from your previous post but am not quite sure what to do with the hotfixes as you don't seem to mention the need to use it

The hotfix is only used if you have the 1151 build installed and it fixes certain game crashing moments in the game.  If you have build 1152 installed, then you don't need to apply the hotfix.

Nope, you're looking at the final product.  The translator (for lack of a better term) decided to translate the project like that in order to stick it to all the supposed elitists in the visual novel community, or some other malarkey like that.  Its too bad, because the game has a good story.

Can someone help me how to install this game? i downloaded isobuster to extract the files on the mdf file to iso instead and all however when i go to SETUP file i get the install screen then next i'm guessing it has to do with where you want the file to go? i'm not sure but after i click okay it comes up with this error. i know i have everything or at least i think I have. I've searched around and can't find any site that gives you a walkthrough how to install it. can someone please help me?

lol, what? It's constantly bad. It reads like a slightly improved machine translation. There are a bunch of out of context literal translations or actions/descriptions that are attributed to the wrong thing, which a machine translation would do.

And this ridiculous translation of food with a description of it needs to end. Taiyaki was translated something like this: fish-shaped-pancake-stuffed-with-sweet-red-bean-paste. Yes, we really talk like that. Doughnuts are now ring-shaped-deep-fried-dough-with-sugar/chocolate/whatever-on-top.
