Okay, so I'm the fag who asked for the ps2 scripts a while back on /jp/, I'd only just started reading MLA at the time which is why I took so long before making an attempt at creating a voice patch for this game.

Anyway long story short, after going through all the trouble of creating a program to insert the voice tags, I only received ~55% success rate. The damn ps2 scripts just don't match the ones from Jast! No I'm not talking about completely different dialog I'm saying some lines are off by as little a single Japanese character! So fuck it.
(Incase anyone was wondering, the translated scripts did contain the Japanese text but were commented out, which is how I performed my insertions, otherwise it would have been impossible)

Might have had better luck using the scripts from Demonbane THEBEST, as some anon pointed out on /jp/ but I'm doubting it since the Jast scripts are a mix of two different versions of Demonbane. Apparently there's another guy porting it along with the ps2 resources to the old pc engine so all we can do is keep an eye out for it (I've only heard some guy mention it and nothing else so I don't know if this is true). Although it makes me wonder what scripts he'll be using or is he doing it by hand? (If you're reading this then good luck)

Either way it suxs to be me, I haven't even played this damn game yet and I'm already sick of it!

of the routes, i found that al / ruri routes were fairly similar  , while leica was different plot wise

for the most part al and ruri have the same goal and enemy while Leica's enemy has no goal other than to beat her

Even though I appreciate the thanks there's no need, since I was also after a voice patch.

Btw, My failure left a bad taste so I'm currently grabbing the DVD edition to to give it quick look over, in case that fails I'd also like to take a look at THEBEST download edition but have yet to find a link, if anyone has knows the whereabouts of such a link then please post it.

i have a question how do i get ruri's true end do i have to do anything special to get it

The choices for Ruri are all basically the ones you didn't pick if you already did Al's path (while avoiding the choices that lead you to Leica's path, which are pretty obvious).  The only thing of note is that you have to save at the beginning of chapter 13 and then play through her route to the end.  Once the credits end and your back at the title screen, just hit "continue" and the game auto loads that save (which I thought was a nice touch).

I'm dumb but where are the save files for the game kept? I have the game on a USB harddrive so I can play on different computers, but apparently either the save files are not in the game directory or the difference in drive letter assignment screws them up. Saves on one computer doesn't show up on another.

You're not dumb, as they are kind of hard to find:
C:\Documents and Settings\(whatever your user name is)\Application Data\Nitroplus\Demonbane USA\version2.00
Thats where you'll find them.
