The game is already in the sharing section, you'll have to do installation yourself because that's just the way it is, since there is no final patch no one is going to upload a prepatched version, most translation groups don't want that anyway.

If you need help with anything, just ask on the release thread. An uploaded install folder itself could give even more problems. If you can't install, you're doing it wrong and haven't tried everything yet, so try again.
