Are you ready for it?

Well they are still negotiating. Maybe they'll fail? Either way it's only bad for me b/c I fucking hate delays and that's what happens with official releases. Other than that it's all good.

invictus

somehow I doubt they'll release alternative with extra and unlimited... thus we'll probably have to wait a few years.

Mana

And people keep forgetting that for Alternative to be released, they will have to profit with the first title.

urgh... considering muvluv is mostly a moe based title without much else... and it's rather boring/repetitive in its routes... unless we get real fans going at it... they'd do much better if they released together =/

Mana

That's exactly why I mentioned that.

Wow, mangagamer finally publishing physical copies of their games!

Too bad it's da capo ... couldn't care less T_T

Yossarian762

Can't say I really give a hoot about physical copies since these days I find storing and keeping track of physical copies computer games an inconvenience

Mana

The problem is that we have a lot of people defending their "right" to piracy because MG doesn't sell physical copies. Let's see if they keep being hypocrites or they'll finally admit that they would never pay for it.

sazabi

indeed, lets see how many of the crowd that wanted discs actually order. My guess none  ::)

Yeah, I know. It's actually pretty funny reading the MG forums because it's blatantly obvious some most probably all of the people bitching about the lack of physical copies pirate their games, but they have to tap dance around saying it outright because you can't admit you pirate a company's games on their own forums.

I gotta admit though...I kind of want the art book now that I think of it. I'm guessing it'll probably find its way on to e-hentai or something though. I might sound like an MG fanboy/shill here sometimes but I'm not buying DC twice. :P

Well ppl that already bought digital copies won't buy the physical copy unless they want it for collection purposes, so I'm somewhat wondering who's going to buy it when we all know those hypocrites crying for physical copies won't buy them.

I still prefer digital copies:

1. Cheaper
2. No postage or waiting to receive (couple mins download)
3. No need for physical space.
4. Doesn't collect dust.
5. Don't have to worry about customs being dicks.

Though I would buy limited edition copies of games that include art books of art I actually like.

Yossarian762

Worst case scenario: no more physical copies that I wasn't going to buy anyway.

sazabi

yeh no a big loss if they discontinue hard copies

laplacian

Ey! I want hard copies! Just not this crap ... gimme some epic game, like Shin Koihime Muso as boxset, and it's an insta buy.
I just don't get how they picked a game which is out since a year (or so), plus the game aint anything great. It's just a solid ( and now fucking outdated ) h-game.

sazabi

it is weird why they would chose something old over an upcoming release to start the hard copies with
