Ok, so after jumping through hoops to get my paypal account verified, I've come to the conclusion that I'm not able to accept donations even with a premier account. I guess that brings me back to square one lol. Should I look into something like google adsense? Is that a viable solution? Or is that just going to be an annoyance and be blocked by everyone's Ad blocker anyways?

We also seem to have an influx of spammers from russia and china recently even with the email verifications. I'm resorting to banning email providers and IPs when they end in random garbage.

I guess I clicking on an ad once in a while would be something everyone could do, but it really would ruin the cleanliness of the forum which is something I quite enjoy.

You got another site we can go click ads on? Oh and liked the updates banner we had on the old forum, that might be an idea?
