I would have enabled anonymous posting too but last time I tried it we got huge amounts of spam.

Install akismet plugin for smf - it does great job on my site - i'm getting insane ammounts of spam ( Akismet has protected your site from 26,414 spam comments already. ) on my site and i saw only few comments improperly marked by it.

Trying to keep a low amount of packages installed so that the upgrade to 2.0 is less of a headache.

Never did Hidamari Sketch. Something else. But certainly now that you mention it, it might have been a 4koma...

*installed win7. What's WAT remover's for? I didn't activate it, but I did update windows. Dunno if I'm doing something wrong, how do I even know?

Don't use WAT remover, that doesn't work anymore after SP1.

I've been wondering, why do people fill in fake emails and then expect the forgot password function to work? I've been getting bounced emails recently. Also a few people subscribed to the sticky but also used fake email addresses.

For example trek001 has used the forgot password function but he has filled his email as noone@nospam.com

He is never going to get his password back this way. I would have deleted the account on sight but it has made posts.

I think I need to start to have people verify their emails before their accounts go live.
