jast doesn't set release dates they set release windows it seems alot of these hgames are buggy as hell and it takes time to change the local

The problem is that those release windows tend to be a year before the actual release. Like their "golden master" that was supposed to be done after the first weekend of October.

Their weekends last for a month and a half. With this, we will be able to measure JAST's time scale. We will be able to translate their release dates!
