No, that can't be possible.
Once you just use the adfly link, it won't need to go through bitly so it should be impossible to get a bitly block page.
I tried it, it works.
And the link on the example image above is the link for the LN vol.1 YP.

just finished volume 7 yp not sure how to feel when the author mentioned another volume but wherever I look the say the series got axed is that true or does anyone know if a volume 8 is on the way
