First of all, thanks for all of your contributions.

Next, are you sure that's the premium version of Fanbook 4 there? It lacks the extra contexts and the illustrations have the same artifacting seen in the unmarked epub version floating out there, which is in fact just a rearrangement of the prepub following publicly available TOCs.

Maybe? If by chance i'm wrong and i find a premium version in the future, then i'll update it. If i don't find any, then i'll just leave it as it is.

It's double the size, but it's the same size (plus extra advertising) as the one you can find at nyaa.

I has some high quality images that are screen captures but have extra big white borders, as well as lower quality (more compressed) images scraped from the prepub (way less white borders,  but more artifacting).

It can be identified as non-premium due to the lack of the bonus content, and as a non-official due to it having calibre classes (e.g.:
