At least thats what the MangaGamer Staff Blog says.

The new game will pick up where the previous game’s bad ending left off–Kazushi is out of luck, and still has no girlfriend while their summer comes to an end and Appo continues to brag about his nightly exploits.

hmmn sounds fair, I'll have to remind myself to disregard the endings I've already read and somehow patch the timeline.

I just found this too

The script for the original Edelweiss is currently being reworked now.  We intend to distribute a patch for all those who currently own or purchase the game during this process so the Edelweiss and Edelweiss Eiden Fantasia bundle will not be delayed as a result of this new development.

Too bad that it won't make Mizukis Ending better. I think I'll learn japanese just to write Overdrive a letter.

Mizuki's ending really did end a bit too abruptly, it was strange why they did not have prologues for all the girls. Personally I found Ran's route to be the weakest.

True.. But i find that Ran had the most.. ehh.. uuhmmm.. cutest H-scene.. XDDDD
(To be specific, the first night... or well.. the most cutest pre-H-scene at least...)

On a side note...

... Am i the only one that's looking forward to Fantasia? XDDD
 ;D

But i cant seem to remember the 'bad end' well enough tho... >_>
Maybe i should read the game again or something before Fantasia gets released.

You could refresh your memory with the savegames I posted earlier:
http://kureha.no-ip.org/k1/index.php?topic=214.msg1665#msg1665

Just load the "Bad Ending" savegame.
