I read the manga (https://rawkuma.com/manga/the-marquis-eldest-sons-lascivious-story/), 2 chapters in MC already raped-ish a couple of women. Not really a fan of rape, but I think I will try the novel, the manga reviews said the novel is really good.

Just a heads-up, chapters till 170 is machine translated. I just found out while reading. It's not bad enough to give you a brain tumour but it's ok.

If you managed to read from 106 to 170, which is google translated by "Machine vs H**ny Demons" then you may manage it-ish. btw some idiots actually paid "Machine vs H**ny Demons" for those google translated chapters.
