ControlC page in some country is blocked, in my side if its shown x in the copy paste text then it will working normally, when it say otherwhise it blocked. Loading wise, if its take too long time load the page, maybe from your internet provider, and you might want try use other provider or use warp with extra vpn on browser side. I just check and i can access it normally, so yeah.
