When i trying to Torrent its write 'The File Is Neither Torrent nor Metalink file

Hmmn what torrent client are you using? Utorrent is working fine with it.

after i download utorrent i keep downloading and show seeding edi over 6 hour ++ what should i do

well just remove the file...on the list since the download is much done you are just sharing it with others

Alternatively, just press stop, i.e. the red square on the toolbar on the top or just right-click the torrent and click "Stop".
