I've checked the file. A lot of chapters are missing and jumbled in between that it would be a waste of time trying to fix it. They were indeed side stories but I think there were only at most 10 chaps of side stories. I've tried looking for consistent fan translations but the farthest ones were only 123 and 141 chaps, not even completing the main story.
