Well accord to Tentai books as of December 12 World Teacher 3 is pending for typesetting, otherwise it is finished.

Volume 11 WN ends at chapter 429 and Volume 12 start from chapter 430. The Volume 12 end at chapter 488. If you are the type that read novels in volume/arc basis then stop at Chapter 429 and wait till translation reach chapter 488 or else you're gonna end up in a cliffhanger. The translator release 6 to 8 chapters a month and it's currently at 459.
