I'm going to take a wild guess and say that it's a Mega.nz link having either no decryption key or the wrong decryption key.
How to fix it? Well, you get the right decryption key. Ask whoever posted the mega link, and hope they respond.
You're gonna have to write more next time mate, but given that this is your first and only post, I'm probably talking to a ghost.

mega decryption error usually means the link you clicked wasn't a full link, which would contain the decryption key, or you are using a crappy adblocker that is truncating it.
