Very good novel, definetly worth a read!

@seira00100 Aizens pdf contains up to chaper 91, the translation is up to ch 116 now, you probably have to wait a bit longer but they translate around 3 chapters each week so the pace is very good.

Aww... That ending was so sad :'(

After finishing this novel, I have a lot of things to say. If I knew korean, I would throw this at his face. But since I don't, I can only rant here. I can't calm my mind without doing this. Spoilers ahead.
[spoiler]First off, WHAT THE HELL IS WITH THAT ENDING?
Why did he have to pick the WORST, most AWFUL and most HALF-ASSED kind of ending EVER?
Nothing was resolved, nobody was happy and the ending was super rushed. The battles against goblins made more of an impact than that final boss fight. And the MC "dies" faster than it took for him to screw Yu Sae-Jung. The Nosferatus did almost NOTHING. They couldn't even do their job ONLY right and failed capturing Ellie.

Speaking of which, what happened to his hatred for vampires? Oh the leader is a hot lady, let my schlong point to goodwill. A giant gaping hole 150,000 kilometers covers the earth? Oh, some mind magic will make people NOT see that. The devourer of the cosmos? Gimme two seconds, *SLURPS HIS ASS LIKE RAMEN* Oki done. What the hell.

If anything, it would have been so much better if Sae-Jing just died. He fails to fulfill his promise, and the ever so invincible guild master fails to reach expectations for the first time. The world is saved but at the cost of one life. BUT NO. LEmme turn him into some weird side-character that somehow becomes a professional idol group manager. Also, let him get chased by the leader of the world's biggest conglomerate as well as it's biggest supporters and have him only be mildly inconvenienced and mildly surprised that multiple celebrities moved into his apartment complex. If that is his way of making way for 'another story' then it's AWFUL. Either HAPPY or TRAGEDY. NEVER pick in between unless it's a comedy.

I was never here for constructive criticism. I have tons of other things to nitpick, but I don't have time. The start was good, the story's pacing was good. The middle was mediocre because the MC was half-assing his relationship with the others. Character development is a little lacking. Yu Sae-Jung was my favorite character in this aspect because she is the character that seems the most 'human'. The MC is a little p**sy with half-assed commitments, the other girls were fine at first but then they swung their asses at him too much. Monster fight were short which I liked, but the fights that mattered should have been longer or should have made a bigger impact. The ending was shit. No other comments.

I give it a 3.2/10. Would have been good, should have been good, but it was ruined [/spoiler]

I feel you bro. That ending literally made me cry.

There are bittersweet endings and this one tries to be one. But for me, this is just too bitter that i can't even taste that sprinkle of sweetness. He deserves a better ending than that.

And for better or worse, this is the same author as "The Novel's Extra" which i'm really crazy about right now. That's why as much as i enjoy reading it, i'm still a bit scared inside because my heart really couldn't take that kind of ending again.

If he tries to pull that stunt on "The Novel's Extra", I'm gonna magically throw him into his own novel and let him get clawed repeatedly by some monster.

if you can take it anymore you can write it in novelupdate you know, there are a lot of people that make some critics for this novel in there.
When i read some reviews, the ending of korean novel often take the bad ending or have low impact, like this novel and EER (i read more than 500ch and the final battle just end like that), really disappointing

That was more of the journey than the ending (climax). But the finale and afterstory left a good feeling; it ended well and everybody's happy. Totally unlike this nove, there was reason for the ending but it was something no reader ever wished for. i felt NTR'ed haha

I don't have an NU account and it takes like 10 minutes to make one so I couldn't really be bothered. On the other hand though, this site is bookmarked and im on perma log-in so...

Also, after some time pondering, isn't the plot of "The Novel's Extra" kind of like the situation here? The MC author writes good at the start but then starts ruining their novel at the end. But here at least Kim Hajin(or whatever his original name was) had enough sense to put his novel on hiatus instead of bull-ing the rest of his novel.

what i mean is the ending battle that bad, his battle with black panther or orochi more exciting that the battle with the good, the ending and after story are good. I know the ending that he left everything, really bad.

i make an account just because i read otoko aruji with all of that scumbag info on every chapter. Well i just read some korean, in the end every korean that i read have some similarities( make me bored) and the culture fell different( because i'm more familiar with japanese), so i prefer japanese (though there are hardly any good novel in this present time)
