They're undermanned that's for sure...
Dammn.. They need only one more translator... ONE MORE. To have each translator translate a letter each! Then I'm sure everything would go smoothly.

But on a slightly more serious note. You think having too much translators would be a HELL of a job on the QCs? >_>
Or whoever's proofreading/editing the translated scripts?
They would need to actually translate for the editors and quality checkers to have work to do.
