This did catch up and pass the fan translation for those out there wondering.  I want to say the first quarter of the book is the final part that I remember and after that was all new.

what do you mean by all new? I already finish reading the fan translation. Does LN have extra chapter in it in the VOL13?

Che Yudooh, I apologize as I may have been mistaken.  Book 13 covered the trial of Psycho and matters after that.  I thought that the fan translation (perhaps there was more than one, I shouldn't have assumed only one) stopped almost immediately at the conclusion of the trial.  I didn't remember any of the story after that but it has been a while.  Again, I apologize if I was incorrect.
