I'm bored, so i want to find another series to read while the ones i usually read are being translated/TBR, but i feel like i want to read something more different this time. Preferably a grimdark fantasy like novel, doesn't matter if it's WN/LN.
I welcome anything, but if possible i don't want Korean novels (I get very confused with the fact that usually koreans have from 2 to 3 names, and end up beliving that a character A is doing things that a character C is doing to character B. I get very confussed) or if the series is on haitus and is unfinished (Like Elvenblood. Damn, the author leave it on haitus like 3-4 years ago).
Aside from the well-known ones like Dungeon seeker, Kuro no Maou, Nidome no Yuusha, Sairin Yuusha no Fukushuu Hanashi, Summoned Slaughterer, Suterareta Yuusha no Eiyuutan.
Those are the light novels coming to mind, right now atleast.
i don't know if they're considered dark but try "Dungeon Defense" & "Your and My Asylum", both of the protagonists are manipulative bastards
although they're reincarnation/summoning stories just give them a try, they're very well written/translated, both of them are of my favorite LN/KN of all times.

Is there a particular order those should be read in, Dantalian?
Id start with Dungeon seeker, only 4 fully translated volumes as of last i looked. then kuro no maou being a bit longer. if you felt like trying out a Korean novel, the tutorial is too hard is quite good i just started it yesterday, already 130 chapters in
