As of this timing, it has 5 LN volumes and 389 Chapters.The WN is what has 389 chapters, not the LN. The WN isn't separated into volumes or arcs either.

Don't know if you're aware of it but the guy who translated those chapters on Novel Updates is well known for the unedited machine translations he posts. Which the site staff don't seem to care about. Or worse sometimes because he tries to edit them without knowing English well, so his edits often make it worse. I tried compiling a pdf of this WN for myself 2 years ago but gave up because the translation was unreadable in lots of places, and was better to read it straight from Syosetu with the browser translate option.

None of that means you can't request it though, but just thought I'd mention it in case you didn't know about the translation problem.
