One day, Japan was transferred to another world.
Because of its poor food production and previous reliance on imports from other countries, Japan faced a food shortage crisis.
To slow the effects of starvation from its populace, the Japanese government declared a state of emergency.
The Japan Air Self-Defense Force explored the surrounding area and found a land mass about 1000 kilometers to the southwest―the continent of Rodenius.
Japan was able to resolve its food shortage after entering into diplomatic relations with the Principality of Kua Toine and the Kingdom of Quira.
However, at that time, another country on the continent, the hegemonic Kingdom of Rowlia, declared war on Kua Toine and Quira.
In light of this new crisis, how will Japan respond? A survival story on a national scale!

this is like gate minus that special protagonist and moe girls. But the world japan was transfered to is not just a medieval world, there's a varying degrees of civilizations and technologies. There's also the fantasy countries (elves, demons, dragonfolks) and also advanced countries that where even transfered from other worlds.

Ah neat. A PDF is a nice addition to this WN since just i can't keep being online 24/7. Tho i wonder what happened to the LN fan translation version of this.

TraitorAizen, since the translator to EN of this WN seemed to halt NS' translation (A Mob of Deer seems to get rid of NS from it's translation schedule ), can you use another source of EN translation ( found one on JPMTL website, and NS is translated to latest chapter, i think. Not the best translation imo, but still readable to me at least ). Can you compile PDFs from that source?

Unfortunately. But I managed to read all to the latest without feeling sick. And well.... for now, i don't think there is any translation group/individuals that want to translate NS WN. Like A Mob of Deer said a while ago, NS per chapter is really thicc. So i guess that is a demotivator.

@ traitorAIZEN - Can I please kindly request an update for this novel. The last chapter of your 4th volume ends at chapter 54, and the most recently translated chapter released (by Hana Bara Hana, HBB hereafter) is chapter 88, as well as chapters from a side story ("The Forgotten World") released by AvianTL. So on the basis of 13-14 chapters per volume, there appears to be enough new chapters available for an update.

nb. I've done some checking and it appears the chapter release entries on NovelUpdates are more than a little misleading in relation to the two groups currently translating this novel. Since at first glance it appears that both groups are releasing translations of the same chapters, but as far as I can tell they are not, as AvianTL is translating the side stories, or a single long side story, whereas HBB are translating the main story, but they're both being released on NU as "chapter 61" etc. Not sure why they are, or more specifically why AvianTL are naming their chapters releases the same as HBB, but they are. Although the table of contents page on both translation sites are fairly clear in this regard, and it's just the chapter releases on NU that are confusing/misleading. Hope this helps.
