Description:
One's story revolves around Kouhei Orihara, the main protagonist, who suspects that at some point his current life will change while living a peaceful daily routine. Requesting help. I tried use image in Jap locale and with applocale but i can't install. Just get setup error. And name of MSI file looks like 'ONEБ`ЛPВнЛGР▀В╓Б`ГtГЛГ{ГCГXФ┼.msi' even in Jap Locale

I've installed ONE under Windows XP and 7, while using the Japanese locale and never had any problems, either with the displayed characters or with the installation, so I can't help you.

Um, really silly question here but are you absolutely sure you have your non-unicode language set for Japanese, and not just using a locale shortcut? East Asian languages installed?
If you're set right then ONE～輝く季節へ～フルボイス版.msi should be Japanese characters and install without trouble...I was having the same problem installing from a cd image until I double checked my regional settings, ran fine after that.

That might work, although it might also be prudent to rename the file path too, so there aren't any conflicts. Or just install it somewhere else.
