I used the most recent files on the project's SVN and, tested it by completing Sanae's route without any problems. I still have to complete the rest of the routes and so, I don't know if it's completely stable. There are also some untranslated CGs.

Unfortunately, no. I just used the last files that the translation team placed on the SVN, during the summer, and added Eversynth's menu & graphics translation patch 1.5.

as far as I know translation work stopped sometime ago... the main game is done, but after story is lacking... its ok but not as polished as the 1st half of the game and the translation is spotty.

sanae has a route?
It's more of a short side story involving Sanae which nets you an 'orb'. She isn't 'winnable' if that's what you were thinking.

not Its only a old english standalone release with a patch to update it based on ManaYagami´s work
I only had to join and test Dango Daikazoku's release candidates and Eversynth's patch. All the work is theirs.

anyone already play Fuko route?
i had no BGM when playing her route and also some of the translations on her route are a bit off, it's not like the translations are wrong but some of the alphabets in the word become symbol.
I didn't have any problems with Fuko's route, except sometimes no text would appear in the box when multiple characters spoke at the same time

Some guy just uploaded more untranslated scripts, doubt anyone will do anything about them since they never did the March ones, but a tiny hope is better than nothing right?
Since I can't find the Tomoyo After thread here, gonna say they were working on that, making some progress, but now the project has been "stalled until further notice". Pray both these get finished someday.
