Pretty sure the person didn't know there was an app for it or just didnt want to install the app. Don't see why they wouldn't as mega is pretty common of a sharing place for stuff like this or other so better to have the app and be done with it. Or like you said use the computer to download then move it to phone.

Just as in case anyone was wondering Volume 6 will come out on June 26th and i would probably say that Volume 7 would probably be released in September or October because Yen press are so far relatively consistent to a time frame of about 3-4 months apart from each other and thank you deadline14 providing the links.

first, my PC is Broken at that time, so need about 1 month to fix it, but i found new update and i really wanna to read it.

My bet would be sword getting pushed back anywhere from a month to just a week that being said yenpress isn't exactly forthcoming with why everything has been pushed back over and over and over and over again so I can only offer speculation.
Quick update, Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka Gaiden: Sword Oratoria Volume 8 will be released on February 19, 2019 but as with most things in this series at this point it is subject to change and ill update if anything happens.

Sword Oratoria's story starts just right before the main story. It skips certain points of the main story as it follows its own pace and story arcs. Think of it like this. If Ais is barely or not featured in any volume of the main story, then it's likely shes off doing her own thing in Sword Oratoria.
