I'm not a fan of guro myself, but I love topics that aren't normal.  As such, I really loved this novel.  If I remember correctly, there are only three options to choose from in this game, but the story itself is still good.

Recommended title if you can tolerate guro.

Played this a while back, but i remember it is very good. Quite short, so even if you have long list of backlog, you might want to play this first.
The settings is unusual, so the beginning can be quite shocking, but don't let it scare you away.

For me, game ending is the most important, and this one has great/satisfying/conclusive ending.
