Death march kara hajimaru isekai Kyousoukyoku / Rhapsody in an alternate universe starting from the Death March (デスマーチからはじまる異世界狂想曲) is a Web Novel written by Hiro AINANA still in publication. It has a light novel adaptation that a (with illustrations by shri) and another aa sleeve (with illustrations by Aya Megumu). The light novel currently has 6 volumes, while the web is on the 14th (as often happens, the physical volumes and online do not match in size, so the first printed volume equivalent to the first two on the web and the third the third party). There are discrepancies between the Web and Light Novel and new characters in the latter.

Synopsis
Suzuki, an adult programmer, suddenly realizes that he is thrown into a different world while wearing a casual clothes at level 1. Earn high and treasures after using magic, a meteor shower. After that he intends to make tourism in the different world, save 3 girls beast races, beautiful sisters purple hair and black and an eccentric elf long hair blond girl with several people while traveling. Although there are occasional fights with demons and demon lord, this is a fantasy story that comforts the heart.

Question im thinking of reading this series is it okay for me to read LN ver and continue it in WN and which vol should i continue after i finished reading vol 5 of LN?

i suggest you start from the very beginning of the WN. the start (were satou and Zena-san met) is different from the LN... it's kinda refreshing to see/read different story/scene of the same series/title...
that's just my opinion. ;D

and as for your question, i think you should start somewhere between vol.5-6 of the WN...

i read the WN, manga and watch the anime. all of them have some part that different one and another. Don't say that this LN has some different part too

manga is similar with LN, because story in manga is adapted from LN
You can say that LN is an improved version of WN
and anime is just a story adjustment from LN
Well, some LN have the same story as the WN with no editing but definitely different from the story in the anime

Indeed. First two volumes of LN are about 70/30 old/new (according to the author, I personally thought it was more new). Then volumes 3 & 4 are more or less all new. Volume 5 goes back to the mix of old and new.

So it similar with the manga. Maybe i will read vol 3 and 4 if it different, i guess the manga not yet reach vol.4. But actually, i more like the WN version than the manga for vol 1, or until satou get the gjalahorn, just my opinion

It's demanding I turn off adblocker, then it's just a page full of ads (most of which link to shady downloads) and a multi-page long rant about cloud computing.
There doesn't seem to be any way to actually progress from the Clicksfly page to an actual download.

Does anyone have a link that isn't hidden behind a bunch of viruses?
Edit: Found one on Just Light Novels. Looks like the same setup that this one was trying for, but when you complete the Captcha it actually gives you a download link, instead of just throwing another Ad in your face.

The link is real. It is better if you download it with computer. You have to turn off the adblock. Solve the capthta and then click "click here to continue". Wait for 12 seconds and click "Get link". It will forward you to mega.

I am on computer and i did disable adblock. The Captcha was just a tick-box that did nothing when completed, and the only 'click here to continue' message was part of what looks like an Ad underneath it.

If you do click on the 'click here to continue' ad then it starts trying to download some shady chrome app, so obviously I stopped it and looked for a less suspicious link elsewhere.

you have to click on the text(click here to continue) not on the ad itself
and i can understand for first it can be frustrating .....i suggest you to add pop up blocker extension it help a lot against popup

and here we have another one who was fooled by those ads clever tricks...

It happens from time to time.
It's a mediafire server error.
It'll fix itself later or in a few days.
use the mega mirror links if such error occurs.

There's some parts where the ends of sentences are incomplete, or there are even whole statements that are missing and incongruent from the sentences that come after. Is this an editing error? It's kinda bothering me.

Does this occur in all volumes or just the first one?

Calibre keeps removing some lines in that epub file and i don't know why

Not exactly, the LN has original context so it is deviant a little in comparison of the WN, but the essential plot is the same. So answering your question the WN is more advance.

I had the same problem, butvI download the extension uBlock Origins and it worked
perfectly well... Hope it help

Had the same isue but coldnt fix it then simply used crome and i didnt had to go thogh 3 redirects. The amongh of hops you need to jump thogh seems to depends on your browser. Microsoft edge was quite a pain while crome basically is just one one redirect to the actuall download.

There seem to be some problems with at least volume 1. There seem to be portions of text missing.
Example: Volume 1, Page 55.

The line "If it expires and you don't apply for an extension, the guards can"

The rest of the paragraph seems to be missing, pretty sure it happens earlier in the novel (didn't go back to find it) as well and I didn't read past it to see if it occurred again.

Will look for another source for this one and will gladly DL yours again. Love your formatting
