oh god this is really frustating
i cannot access blogtech.com unless i use vpn

but if i use vpn the verification in tii.la is broken or idk what this is but in 10 minute i still cannot bypass the verification

Don't know if you're experiencing the same thing as me but I go through the motions until I get to a forbidden 403 screen.  What I ended up doing is copying the address of the forbidden 403 and using it on my tablet (probably will work on a phone) and finish it to the Mega DL page.  No clue why I started getting the 403 message now when it worked just fine yesterday but I hope this helps. 
I also have a VPN and kept getting the 403 message with it on and off.

You can use PDF to EPUB converters, FYI.  A lot of free, web based converters.  I don't want to breach rules by linking but I always just google pdf to epub as it's my preferred file type.
