There is no volume 2. Only 1 volume of the LN has been published by the Japanese publisher, in November 2019, and given that there's plenty of source material (the WN) for further volumes, and that the author is still updating the WN (last update 1st September 2021), so hasn't gone MIA, there is a very good chance this has been silently dropped by the Japanese publisher. Or in short, don't hold your breath waiting for vol 2 of the LN to appear.
