In a time and place where one's soul can be morphed into a weapon, there are modern-day magicians called mage-knights.
Although Ikki Kurogane is a student at an institution that trains mage-knights, he has no particular talent in magic and is labeled the "Failed Knight" or "Worst One."
Getting way less than average marks in the scorings, he was forced to repeat a year. But with the arrival of a new head of the institution,
a new rule was created: knights whose abilities are compatible, as decided by the board,
must share rooms and attend practice and training together throughout their school years to bring up their abilities to the max. It was a rule to implement the absolute verdict of ability.

Ikki's roommate, Stella Vermillion, turns out to be a princess of a foreign country.
Stella is an A-Rank knight, the type of genius in magic who only appears once a decade.
When Ikki walked in on her while she was changing her clothes, it caused a huge misunderstanding, which eventually ended up in a duel between the two of them.
The punishment for the loser is eternal submission to the winner.

Forced to live in the same room and practice magic together throughout all their school years, how will Stella and Ikki's relationship evolve?

I came here from a google search for the light novels.

Are these the same translations as Baka-Tsuki?
I know the 3 in the original post are, I'm just curious about 4 and 5. Wondering if there is more than one group translating them right now.

Nothing yet. The last volume was released by the translators in December so hopefully they'll release at least one volume this year

I was curious about this aswell, since it's been a long time since the last fantranslated volume was released.

The translator did indeed stop translating this series. According to Novelupdates the translation was a few chapters into Volume 12 when the decision to stop and deleted the so far translated content was made.

As of now there are 18 volumes + 1 short story volume released. SolPress will release the translation of Volume 5 at the end of the month.
So it will take a few years before they catch up and we will see new translated content.

I was the person from the link you just posted who got a bad gateway error. I tried the solution you gave but it did not work for me. For some reason after trying for four days in a row it just started working and I was able to download again using the same method I have always used. No idea why or how it was fixed.

Would you be able to take a look at volumes 1-4? I've gotten 5-12 just fine, but these errors persist with the first 4 volumes. Looks like downloading is turned off for viewers.

@Thaliend those file is in the same folders, meaning if you downloaded 5-12, you can also download the rest. Try downloading in your phone thou.

No dice there either, I'm afraid. It's just the first 4 pdf volumes that give the error. No clue what it could be.
