Doujin 1-6 are translated into English, part 7 is still a raw.
The quality of part 1 and 2 are kinda crappy, but it seems those are the only ones available on the i-net.
Oh and the translator of part 1-6 quit the job due to no free time, so it might be a while till someone picks up part 7 and translates it.

By the way, it's Tohsaka Rin, that's how it's spelled in the wiki, danbooru, gelbooru and the VN translations.
