There are official translations in the work being done by Sekai Project (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/sekaiproject/the-grisaia-trilogy-three-huge-visual-novels-for-p), same translator as Kajitsu naturally, i.e. koestl.

Werent they not releasing the 18+ versions ?

They will release it on a later date for 18+ version.
