it's the exactly same setup as before ... and this problem only happens on full-screen, i'm playing it on window mode right now .... well, there's no real problem with whats happening, since i'm play it on window mode, but it kinda gets on me you know ... a problem on my computer that i simply don't know how to solve and never had before ... anyway, if anyone got an ideia, i'm all ears

I had problems with all low-resolution games going over my screen size and only fixed it with my current graphics card, by forcing the aspect ratio through the GPU instead of the LCD. I know that there are people with the opposite problem, underscan, could it be related?

Hmm~ I would know what happen if you game crashed after you click New game. I dunno if the download files are corrupted, or is the K-lite, may be your sound system...@.@~
Any way, reinstall your game. If it still crash, try to run it as administrator. If the problem is still persist, re-download it or better yet try re-download it from a different uploader. Then reinstall, apply the patch from http://games.seiha.org/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=59 if the problem is still there I'll blame Microsolf.

hai hai, question here! finished one time already and started a NG+, i noticed that one of Yuelas clothes has a separeted CG section ... do i have to redo her route to get those ?

Yes. Make sure to fully upgrade every clothes, do every quests, etc, if you're going for 100% CG.
I don't think you can get 100% without re-doing every route a second time.
