I missing the first and last scene someone know how to have then?
i think the first is the elf girl mentionned in the readme but i dont find her and i can have the last without her.

Just extract the files with 7-zip. Don't use HJSplit and everything should work that way. That, or one of your files got corrupted during download...

i tried to ectract it with 7-zip without combined it with HJsplit, but it still didn't work... ;(

There is always a potential for your files to get corrupted. Some software, like bittorrent does a hash check on files it downloads to make sure that file is not corrupted.
Downloading from http you usually lack any kind of checksum data, meaning that your download can get corrupted with a random (but low) chance. Tool you're using for download doesn't usually matter when you don't have checksum data (web browser, download manager, etc).

The elf girl is on the right side of the map, you need to go left one step along the vertical path. Check that area carefully. Easy to miss.

Also, in regards to the extraction error, I had a few errors downloaded a few times, in the end, I opened the original with ALzip, and it somehow worked when winrar didn't.

Pick the games you like from the english dlsite (http://www.dlsite.com/ecchi-eng/circle/profile/=/maker_id/RG06354.html). At the bottom of the description you will find a REXXXXX number, change the RE into RJ and type that into google and you find dozens of direct links. Ofc most are offline, but a lot of Fileserve links are back up, especially their newer games are easy to find.
Keep in mind though, all games are not translated.
