At the end it's mentioned that Kasumi Reina wa kokora ni iru is Eiji Mikage(Mikage Eiji.in JP) work, but at other sites it's Kamisu Reina wa koko ni iru.

Can someone tell me which is right, Kasumi Reina or Kamisu Reina?

As I only know that Kasumi's used as given name not family name
