It has to be noted that if such a tag would be put, the tag should be "Netori" rather than "Netorare". This is a very important distinction that needs to be made for clarification as the latter is not as desirable for a harem story unless you're reading a hentai doujinshi, or some kind of weird fucked up masochist novel, in which case, good for you.

Not exactly that my friend... netorare is a general term(can be divided actually in netori, netorasare and netorare) with some variations within and yeah, netori exists within there as u mentioned, but mostly situations, we have some that the guy presents his wife/lover or plans somewhat that someone else takes... there's also the swing kinda one where the guy feels excitement over such situations... but what i mean is this series does have the usual netorare... it still keeps MC point of view... most of the time, however it does change at some chapters... like how he literally cucks the emperor entire harem and we get to see his point of view later on, there's also the moment he takes a godess of heaven tittled the most beautiful one literally in front of her husband while we get to see his point of view... so. Situations vary, this does contains heavy netorare stuff... or another character(not emperor) that he takes entire harem and forces the guy watch the stuff... well... Netorare is a point of this plot... so as i said, if netorare ain't ur coup, i recommend skipping chapter or something... story has at least 3~5 of such situations...
The best resume about this series in the r18 age is that it fits all tags... netorare, incest, swinging, cheating, etc. Protagonist feels proud to be called son of a bi**h or mother**cker. So, combines with the tittle of Profane anyway haha... however it should still have a note/warning, so people don't come complaining later on saying: "but nobody told me it had x in it". Ah, I didn't realize that there was a third distinction of netorare. So that's what it's called. Although you slapped me with spoilers with absolutely no warning, I still stand by my point that it would just be netori since the MC is the protagonist and he's doing the cucking. It doesn't matter if the PoV changes to the
dumbass guy who got cucked. I stick to it unless there's a scene where he willingly passes his girls unto other people. If there is such a scene, I might give up on this story. Not because I don't like netorare, but that I don't abide a protagonist that does such actions.

You know, i believe that every man is the protagonist of his own story and every woman is a potential heroine. If you believe that the heroine will be more happy with you, you have the obligation to save that woman from a future with a wrong man. And one of the sad ending of Netorare is when the villain fall in love with the heroine but the heroine prefer the protagonist.
