I was redirected to the page so shortener link and the contolc page are not dead.
The problem must be on your end.

there was a case yesterday who also got this 404 page, but later on it worked fine for him.
maybe it'll fix itself?
anyway, i've already reported this to the site admin and now i'm waiting for clarification or solution for this problem.

you can try tinkering with your vpn settings or try other vpn

Sorry to ask but could you give some download link that not use controlc.com web because I can't even go and download anything. Everything that I do always that 200 second bullshit for this past week and I tired of it as I cannot download the file but want to read the novel with illustration in epub file. I know you need to get a  little bit of payment,but this kind of thing make me kinda frustrated. Sorry and thanks for everything

Unfortunately, if you see the wait 200 seconds page, you will need vpn to access the dl page. But after getting access to the page, everything should be alot easier.
