Hey, I had the same issue as you and I've been searching google for hours trying to find the answer. I was also getting the "Not Defined Error" message when using SpoilerAL. Did you download the version of Daibanchou that had the english patch applied already? If so is the .exe file called Daibanchou? Rename it to System40 and SpoilerAL should be able to detect it. Worked for me! Had to make an account here to tell you since a simple mistake like that took me hours to notice (I tried downloading the japanese .mds/.mdf files and installing/patching the game. I realized for some reason SpoilerAL worked for that version and I looked for the differences in the files which is how I noticed the name of the exe's were different haha)

Windows 8 might be your problem to begin with; iirc it's not backwards compatible with most things and spoilerAL isn't exactly cutting edge programming. Do you have a win7 system to test it on? Are you in Japanese locale? Does your SpoilerAL work with other games/SSG files?

I didn't really have any errors for Daibanchou and SpoilerAL. It was ages ago, after my first few playthroughs and I lost my save so I used it. But I didn't really use it much, and I followed all instructions. What system/region are you using? Did you get the right SSG file? I won't be free to test things until a week or so later. Low on my list of priorities, and I procrastinated my homework too much.

My system is windows 8. The SGG file I have ->> http://rghost.net/46167758

I've joined Seiha and put a thread up about it. Their forum seems to be lacking in activity so anyone on here who could give me some support I'd appricate.

I've been trying to make the SGG for Daibachou work on SpoilerAL work but it doesn't. The error I'm getting is "Not Defined error" or "Error not defined", something along those lines. I've set up all the stuff. I've checked various websites but nothing seems to explain the problem.

I've tried running SpoilerAL on admin access and that doesn't work too.
