... which ends up back at linkvertise (which I can't bypass)@ phlargh - Do you know which link, or links this was?

I haven't downloaded much in the two days since fanboy65 posted the workaround, but I haven't come across a Linkverse which this doesn't work with yet. So I'd be interested in any example link you might know of which this doesn't work with, and to see what's different about the Linkverse address in those cases.

@ pacot187 - Thanks for the link. And yeah, fanboy65's workaround doesn't work for that address format. I've only been paying attention to the format of the Linkverse link in the last two days, and hadn't come across that format in the handful of things I've downloaded. And I assume this is the type of link that phlargh has also come across.

It's possible that the "aQkF67191612979?o" part of the link is an encoded form of the destination link, but checking a few encoding detection sites gives no results when it comes to detecting it amongst the standard encoding options. And it's also eminently possible that it's just a randomly generated character string that is used on Linkverse's side, with nothing to do with anything else.

So fanboy65's workaround only works for certain types of Linkverse links, and you need to rely on the measly 3 downloads a day for this type of link.

as the previous post indicated the eventual link was like the one described.  similar to "https://linkvertise.com/24888/aQkF67191612979?o=sharing".  So yeah, it makes it un-downloadable without paying them money.  Not happening lol.  Aren't they an ad site?  Just getting greedy IMO.

Linkverse is absolutely insane. I get the first page - which only gives you 2 free credits to click, then I go through 4 websites to be rerouted to another linkverse page, and then finally after another click to the mega.

Might I suggest you just use something like privatebin, zerobin, or pastebin instead? You can paste the link there and set passwords and decide how long it should be active.

Man i thought linktiverse couldn't get much worse, but boy did it prove me wrong. Holy shit, it is ever more irritating to use now. Having to use a website or a script to bypass linktiverse just to download more than 2 things is stupid.

Not that i blame any of the people who use it as a forwarder.

yup its shitty linkvertise now locked even 1 use only(they said its 3 usage) that i never used it today

@ rizukitomi - Thanks for the bypass site link, and for reminding me about sites like it. It's been several years since I've needed to use premium link generators and the like, so clean forgot about their existence. But just tested the Linkverse link pacot187 posted with the site you linked and it works a charm.


@ phlargh - "Just getting greedy IMO." Agree 100%. This change has pure greed written all over it. And I wouldn't be surprised if Linkverse ceases to be in 2-3 years off the back of this change. Because only absolute mugs will pay for their premium service, while everyone else will just leave and find another forwarder to use.

Sadly I'm no longer able to download anything... I can't access Linkverse without my VPN and it tells me to disable my VPN.. if I do so the site won't load. I haven't used K1 for over a month due to this issue, but I wanted to have Aizens version of "The Regressor and the blind saint" I've tried different browsers and VPNs.. with or without ad blockers, and got nowhere. guess I've got to just read online now.

Can I request to switch linkvertise addlink or delete it altogether? Linkvertise links gave three free trial before, but now it direct me to linkvertise main page everytime I tried, or is it just me? I use my phone to download and I can bypass the first linkvertise link using online bypasser

But I still can't bypass the second linkvertise link. Some download links don't have second linkvertise link so I can still download it but most of novels that I wanted to download have them. So can we switch it to other addlinks that are free?

Ok, I just realize that any links shared in this site automatically directed to linkvertise, how's that work and is there any chance to switch it to other ad sites?

And only Kureha can change or remove the initial Linkvertise part of the external links. Although I don't think Kureha is aware of Linkvertise's recent change to not giving users any free daily credits at all. And I assume Kureha won't get any rewards for directing traffic to Linkvertise unless the user clicks through to the ads, which they can no longer do without free credits. So I suspect Kureha isn't getting a even 1 cent from Linkvertise right now.

I don't think the main uploaders here use Linkvertise anymore, although I could be wrong. But users might still encounter a Linkvertise page on some of the older download links related to when the uploader did used to use Linkvertise. So if users here do encounter a Linkvertise page besides Kureha's outgoing one, then they will need to use one of the bypass methods to get passed it.

The first method is the one fanboy65 mentioned in post number 54 on the previous page, and I explained how to use it in post number 58 for those who might need it. But this bypass method only works with certain Linkvertise pages, and ones that have a specific URL format. It won't work with every Linkvertise page you encounter.

The second method is the one rizukitomi mentioned above in post number 64, and involves using a link generator site. With https://bypass.city being one such site, although you can find others as well if you search around the net.

Wow, yeah. Does the site owner Kureha already abandoned the site? It'll be a big problem if it did. The first linkvertise from Kureha I can still bypass but the second one is impossible even with online bypass. And with everyone bypassing the first linkvertise, the site owner won't get additional fund to run the site. I guess I might as well download all I can get before this site shut down.
